Your center is manufactured to your print using RotoTools’ precision standard, with gage-quality tapers and through-hardened materials.
Delivery and beyond
We ship your order and keep your specs on file, so reorders, regrinds, and future adjustments are fast and easy.
What We Can Customize

Dimensions & Geometry
Built to your drawing — any point diameter, overall length, body diameter, or profile.
Point Styles
Standard, tracer, long, bull nose, full or half point, female (cup), and carbide-tipped.
Tapers & Mounting
MT-1 through MT-6, SV70, Mazak-compatible, or any other taper you spec.
Materials
Through-hardened steel or carbide-tipped for abrasive, hard, or high-volume applications.
Special Features
Threads, interchangeable points, extended lengths, large diameters — whatever the job needs.
One-offs & Hard-to-Find
Discontinued centers, replacement parts, or anything not in any catalog. If you can spec it, we can quote it.
